Measuring 5 feet 7 inches in length, the Model M was designed as a “studio” grand; small enough for homes and teaching studios, but large enough to produce a rich, full sound. Pianos from this era are known for their incredible craftsmanship, and this one is no exception. With its solid maple rim, spruce soundboard, and classic Steinway action, it has the warmth, depth, and projection that has made the Model M one of Steinway’s most beloved models.
